Pick & Pack 2023 | IFEMA Madrid | April 25–27, 2023

The third version edition of the boutique innovation event, which will bring together over 6,000 professionals looking for packaging and logistics solutions, will take place in Madrid, solidifying its position as the country's benchmark event for the packaging, picking, and distribution industry.

The event is aimed at packaging and logistics professionals (CEOs, plant managers, packaging manager, IT technicians, etc ..)

At IFEMA Madrid from April 25–27, 2023, more than 250 exhibiting companies will present the most recent developments in supply chain management, robotics for logistics, labeling and coding, packaging and materials for packaging, and smart packaging, as well as technologies like AI, blockchain, IoT, and data analytics.

Due to the obvious growth of e-commerce, the logistics industry is booming. According to data from the Spanish government's Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration, the number of associated employees in the sphere of supply and transport reached 997,262 in June, a record level that positions the industry as Spain's fourth largest employer.

According to the Spanish Logistics Sector Confidence Index 2022, created by the consultancy company CBRE, 68% of national logistics and retail businesses anticipate an increase in turnover.

Pick & Pack returns for these reasons, with the goal of creating a leading meeting place in the field of logistics and packaging. Over 6,000 professionals from the food, beverage, retail, pharma, electronics, automotive, beauty and cosmetics industries, among others, will attend in search of the latest innovations in product planning, execution, and control, as well as the packaging industry.

Pick Pack

"Because of the global expansion of logistics, as well as the resulting shift in paradigm toward the digital environment and the introduction of new professional profiles, businesses in all sectors must adapt to this new reality.
Similarly, because logistics and packaging are inextricably linked, wrapping must adapt to the present scenario and demand "Marina Uceda, director of Pick&Pack 2023, agrees. " Pick&Pack 2023 is the only event that merges logistics and packaging in the same location to exhibit the current generation of solutions for both industries," Uceda says.

Pick&Pack 2023 will contain four conferences to debate new trends and dig into the newest technologies, solutions, and services in the sector of logistics and packaging. On the one hand, the event will host the "X Edición del Encuentro Alimarket Logstica Gran Consumo," a forum where the current state and future of the Supply Chain in the FMCG sector will be discussed, as well as the "VII Encuentro Alimarket Soluciones de Envasado para Gran Consumo" a scenario where the role of packaging in sustainability and environmental impact will be the main points of reflection.
A new version of the European Logistics Summit 2023 and the National Packaging 4.0 Congress will also take place, both of which will adapt to the industry's changing demands.
